Daytime: Option to extend your trip to arrive on Thursday. We will be staying at ACE Thurs-Sun and would love to see you for whatever portion of the weekend works for you!

6:00pm: Welcome Dinner + Drinks at the Secret Sandwich Society, Fayetteville WV

For those coming up on Thursday, please join us for a casual dinner + drinks at The Secret Sandwich Society right up the road from ACE Adventure Resort in Fayetteville, WV.

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 5th

Daytime: We invite you to explore the area! The bridge overlook at the New River Gorge National Park welcome center is stunning, and easy to access. There are tons of things to do and restaurants to check out in and around the National Park. See Things to Do for our recommendations.

5:30pm: Informal Rehearsal Dinner at the Lost Paddle Bar & Grill on the property at ACE Adventure Resort.

Attire: Dressy Casual/Festive Casual

Join us for an informal pre-wedding dinner and drinks at the Lost Paddle Bar & Grill on site at ACE Adventure Resort. Casual vibe, everyone is encouraged to attend, wear something that makes you feel great.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 6th

Daytime: We invite you to explore the area! Things to Do.

Ceremony & Reception

Attire: Garden Party Cocktail (Floral patterns encouraged; Please wear comfy shoes)

All evening events will be outside, please plan accordingly!

4:00pm: Shuttle will begin running from the Welcome Center to the Concho Overlook. Please plan to board the shuttle no later than 4:40!

5:00pm: Ceremony

5:30-7:30pm: Cocktail Hour with lawn games, charcuterie, and beer + wine.

7:30pm: Reception with dinner, cake, toasts, and perhaps some dancing under the full moon.

9:30pm-11:30pm: Shuttle will run back and forth between the Concho Overlook and the cabins for your return trip.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 7th

10:00am Checkout for all cabins.

11:00am Farewell brunch at the Cathedral Cafe, Fayetteville WV. No obligation to attend, but we would love for you to be there!
